You can order food to go or eat in. I almost always eat in. There is parking in the back and on the street. Generally, the process is, pick up your menus at the hostess stand, scoop up a basket of peanuts, and choose a table best suited to your needs. The wait staff will bring you a couple of cups for self-serve soda, but you can order beer instead. They also bring you some warm corn muffins and butter.
The menu has mostly barbecue and ribs, if you want vegetables or salad you've come to the wrong place. Until the last time I was there they had specials listed on their table menus. My favorite thing to get there was the Beef Wings which came with 10 wings and 2 beef ribs and 1 side for something like $13. This last time I went there, though, they didn't have the table menu and so, as a result I ordered the 1o wings--which doesn't come with a side. Luckily, my dining partner ordered the brisket which comes with two sides and gave me his second.
The wings at Ribs USA are pretty good. They have a crispy outside, moist meat, and a flavorful sauce. If you want, you can have your wings with barbecue sauce instead of wing sauce. The brisket is very tender and flavorful. The beef ribs are also good with lots of meat on the bones. The family deals are pretty good because they include so much food for the price. If you are getting your food to go definitely go for a family deal.
The service is friendly and the entertainment is nice. Every night they have some kind of sports playing on the TV. On Tuesday nights it is Magic Night and a Magician comes in and performs from table to table. I'm not sure if you are supposed to tip him or not, but it does add fun to a family dinner. The magician is a very good performer for young and old alike.
The food, the service and the relaxed atmosphere make Ribs USA the perfect place for some casual barbecue.
